Programs

At the Amber Empowering Resilience, we are committed to cultivating a vibrant and inclusive community where every individual, especially our youth, has the opportunity to realize their full potential. To achieve this vision, we recognize the importance of equipping young people with essential life skills that will empower them to navigate life's challenges, pursue their goals, and contribute positively to society. Our Youth Life Skills Program is designed to provide youth with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive in an ever-changing world.

  • Adopt-a-grandparent Program

Pairing youth with members of the senior community will reduce loneliness and isolation on a global scale.

Bringing these populations together will enable them to forge meaningful and lasting relationships. This valuable relationship will cultivate the engagement in activities such as reading, writing, and craft-making.

But most importantly, human interaction through conversation building vocabulary, confidence and joy.

  • Youth Advocate Ambassador (Y.A.A.)

A Youth Advocate Ambassador (Y.A.A.) is an individual that speaks on the behalf of the youth they are working with while giving life to the youth’s voice.

This is done by ensuring that youth maintain their human rights while aiding in skill development in all areas of life. With a focus on preventing the youth from experiencing a diminished self-esteem.
